About the Role

TiE Pune is looking for a dynamic and motivated
Associate Program Manager
to support and manage its initiatives, events, and member community. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with entrepreneurs, investors, and leaders while gaining hands-on experience in event management, community engagement, and program coordination.

No prior experience is required — what matters is your passion, energy, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
Event Management

  • Plan and coordinate TiE Pune events in collaboration with the TiE office and stakeholders.
  • Oversee event logistics such as venue coordination, F&B, delegate and vendor management, and member engagement.
  • Support flagship initiatives, including:
  • TiE Nurture
  • TiE University
  • TiE Pune Angels
  • TiE Women
  • Member Engagement Programs

Member Community Engagement

  • Engage and nurture TiE Pune's member base, ensuring they derive value from the community.
  • Manage the TiE member database and ensure timely updates.
  • Gather feedback from members to improve services and offerings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to implement member-driven initiatives.

Member Initiatives & Support

  • Assist with membership renewals, onboarding, and follow-ups.
  • Respond to membership inquiries and share information about TiE Pune.
  • Send event details to members and non-members, and share updates with Program Managers.
  • Provide weekly reports on membership and events.
  • Support one-to-one mentoring programs and social media activity (LinkedIn).
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the management team as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (
    fresh graduates welcome
    ).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (training can be provided).
  • Enthusiasm to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Owning a two-wheeler is a strong plus (for event, venue, and vendor coordination)
