**Role** **Overview**:
The Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students through the process of selecting and enrolling in international educational programs. The Counsellor will be well-versed in the offerings of various international institutions and programs, and skilled in converting inquiries into successful enrollments.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Provide detailed counseling sessions to prospective students and their families regarding available international courses, programs, universities, and destinations.
- Promote and sell international education programs, ranging from short courses to full-time undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, offered by partner institutions across different countries.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments by building trust, understanding student aspirations, and presenting compelling course options.
- Work closely with educational institutions to stay updated on program offerings, admission criteria, and any changes in the academic landscape.
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and presentations to attract new leads and provide detailed information about international courses.
- Stay informed about global educational trends, popular destinations for study abroad, changes in visa policies, and other factors that influence students decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both students and their families, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement throughout the enrollment process.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up services, ensuring students are well-prepared for their journey abroad.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Counselling, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in education counselling, preferably in international course sales.
- Strong understanding of the international education market, universities, and visa regulations.
- Experience in student counselling and selling educational programs, preferably for international institutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with students and families.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and relevant tools.

**Languages known**:Gujarati, English & Hindi.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
