**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other educational institutions to promote Maazter.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective users and decision-makers.
- Distribute marketing materials, explain product offerings, and gather feedback from potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational professionals and decision-makers.
- Identify potential markets and report insights to the sales and marketing team.
- Maintain regular documentation of visits, inquiries, and customer feedback.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or customer outreach.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
- Fluency in Tamil and English is preferred.
- Prior experience in the EdTech domain is an added advantage.

**Salary Details**:

- Minimum 15k
- Maximum based on their interview performance
- Petrol allowance will be provided
- Incentives will be added based on the confirmation ratings.

**Qualification**:

- Any UG Degree
- An MBA/BBA in Marketing is an advantage.
- Work experience in Teaching or Marketing is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,101.58 - ₹42,486.54 per month
