**Job Summary**

We are seeking a **dedicated, disciplined, and flexible Field Officer** to manage manpower deployment, ensure smooth site operations, and build strong client relationships for our Security Services in and around **Dindigul**. The role involves guiding and mentoring security guards, ensuring compliance, and serving as the **link between management and field staff**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, manage, and monitor **manpower deployment** across all assigned sites.
- Arrange **timely replacements and relievers** to maintain uninterrupted service.
- Conduct **regular site visits, inspections, and audits** to ensure service quality.
- **Train, mentor, and groom security personnel** on job responsibilities, grooming, and discipline.
- Enforce **attendance, punctuality, and performance standards** at all sites.
- Handle **site-level issues, conflicts, and emergencies** with quick resolution.
- Build and maintain **strong relationships with clients** at the site level.
- Ensure compliance with **company policies and statutory requirements**.
- Prepare and submit **daily/weekly reports** on field activities to management.
- Support management in **new site mobilization and handover processes**.
- Act as a bridge for **effective communication between field employees and management**.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Undergraduate degree (any stream).
- **2-3 years of experience** in field operations (preferably in security services / facility management).
- Strong **leadership, people management, and decision-making skills**.
- Excellent **communication and client-handling abilities**.
- Knowledge of **manpower scheduling & reporting tools** will be an added advantage.
- Valid **two-wheeler driving license** (mandatory).
- **Willingness to travel frequently** within Trichy and nearby areas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
