**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products.
- Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update call records, reports, and databases using MS Excel and Word.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
- Work closely with the sales/operations team to achieve assigned targets.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Fresher / 0-1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in **MS Excel and MS Word**.
- Ability to handle calls with confidence and maintain professionalism.
- Positive attitude, self-driven, and willingness to learn.
