**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Outreach**: Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients based on provided leads or customer lists.
- **Inbound Call Handling**: Answer incoming calls, resolve queries, provide information, and ensure positive customer experiences.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, inquiries, and updates to CRM systems.
- **Customer Support**: Assist with troubleshooting and providing solutions to customer concerns, ensuring high satisfaction.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the relevant departments for product/service improvements.
- **Follow-Up**: Provide post-call follow-up and ensure customer issues or inquiries are resolved in a timely manner.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- **Persuasion & Negotiation**: Strong skills in convincing and negotiating with customers to drive sales and outcomes.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other communication tools.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with different departments.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to handle multiple calls or tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

**Note - We are looking for immediate joiners only**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
