**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Design Trainer to join our team. As a Graphic Design Trainer, you will play a vital role in imparting your expertise and knowledge to our students, enabling them to develop a strong foundation in graphic design principles and industry-standard tools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive and engaging graphic design training sessions for students with varying levels of experience.
- Develop well-structured lesson plans, tutorials, and practical exercises to enhance the learning experience.
- Teach graphic design fundamentals, including layout design, typography, color theory, image editing, and digital illustration.
- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-leading graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students, helping them improve their design skills and creativity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in graphic design to incorporate relevant insights into the curriculum.
- Assist in evaluating and assessing students' progress, providing recommendations for their professional development.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continually enhance the training program and ensure its relevance in the industry.
- Inspire and motivate students to think creatively and push the boundaries of design excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or Graphic Design Trainer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of graphic design principles, software, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex design concepts effectively.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring students, nurturing their passion for design.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
