**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a new graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media such as vector graphics, Logos & Posters or you will editing a lot of photos and motion graphics like videos & animations.

To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail. You should have an eye for clean and artful design. You should also have superior user interface design skills. You should be able to transform ideas into aesthetic & intuitive designs.

Must be well versed with designing instagram reels.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a versatile creative professional to join our team as a **UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer, and Social Media Manager**. This hybrid role is perfect for a dynamic individual who can design intuitive user experiences, create visually stunning graphics, and manage engaging social media content.

**Responsibilities**:

- **UI/UX Design**: Collaborate with product teams to design user-friendly wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs and ensure seamless user experiences.
- **Graphic Design**: Create eye-catching visuals for digital and print mediums, including marketing materials, advertisements, social media graphics, and brochures. Ensure brand consistency across all design assets.
- **Social Media Management (SMM)**: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals. Create, schedule, and manage posts across various platforms. Engage with followers, monitor trends, and analyze metrics to enhance engagement and growth.
- Stay updated on design and social media trends to keep the brand relevant and innovative.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer, and/or Social Media Manager, with a strong portfolio demonstrating skills in all areas.
- **Design Skills**: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- **SMM Skills**: In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their analytics tools. Ability to create data-driven strategies and content.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
