Experience: 8yrs.
- Develop and sustain appropriate structures for management, consultation, decision-making and communication with staff and students
- Promote and represent the University both internally and externally
- The availability of pastoral assistance, and adherence to the regulations and procedures of Faculties and of the Senate
- Refresh and develop new programmes in order to attract new students and markets
- Create a dynamic and forward looking research environment for both staff and students
- Conduct research in a particular field of knowledge and publish findings in professional journals, books.
- Keep abreast of developments in the field by reading current literature, discussing with colleagues, and participating in professional conferences.
- Supervise undergraduate or graduate teaching, internship, and research work.
- Advise students on academic and vocational curriculum along with other career perspectives.
- Provide industrial exposure to the students at all stages through their registration, internship, recruitment and placement activities.
- Select and obtain materials and supplies such as textbooks and laboratory equipment. Serve on academic or administrative committees that deal with institutional policies.

**Salary**: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
