**Sales Associate Job Description**:

- Assist customers in selecting electronic products, providing product information, and addressing inquiries.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and promote sales.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of electronic products, specifications, and features.
- Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are properly displayed.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on latest technology trends and developments in the electronics industry.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to drive sales and meet or exceed targets.
- Possess excellent grooming and presentation to represent the brand professionally.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in electronics retail or sales.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge of electronic products and their functionalities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Professional grooming and appearance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or electronics is a plus.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
