**Job Description: Auto Spare Parts Sales Executive (International Market)**

**Location**: Noida Sector 142, India
**Position Type**: Full-time, Work from Office (WFO)
**Shift**: Rotational Shift
**Cab Facility**: Provided
**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000/month + Huge Incentives
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in international auto parts sales, specifically in used engines and transmissions
**Preferred Markets**: USA and Australia
**Immediate Joiners Preferred**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sell used auto engines and transmissions to customers in the USA and Australian markets.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets.
- Understand customer requirements and provide product recommendations based on their needs.
- Negotiate sales terms and pricing while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, ensuring transparency and progress tracking.
- Coordinate with logistics and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Provide customer support and after-sales service, addressing any concerns or queries.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales of auto parts, specifically in the international market (USA and Australian experience preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of used engines, transmissions, and related auto spare parts.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
