VIP International Sales - Outbound Tele-calling (Male Only)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Shift Timings: 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM (Night Shift)

Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Offs

Job Summary:
Languages Required:
English (Fluent)

Hindi (Conversational to Fluent)

Qualifications:
Minimum HSC (12th pass) and above

Experience Required:
Minimum 6 months in International Telesales, Collections, Upselling, Cross-selling, or Renewals

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential international clients

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through persuasive communication and effective follow-ups

Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction

Accurately log all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system

Handle objections confidently and resolve queries professionally

What We Offer:
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (In-hand) based on last drawn salary

Incentives: Unlimited performance-based incentives

Night Allowance: ₹100 per night

Employment Type: Full-time, On Payroll
