**About the Role**

We are seeking a **Facilitator & Counselor** who is passionate about working with underprivileged youth and committed to their emotional, social, and career development. You will play a key role in delivering the **Foundation Course (FC)** — a transformative program focused on life skills, self-awareness, and informed career decision-making.

This role involves **facilitation, counseling, and mentoring**, and is ideal for someone with experience in career guidance or life skills training.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Facilitate the **Foundation Course** for batches of 25-30 youth at the Lighthouse Centre
- Ensure students complete the course with full participation and attendance
- Administer aptitude and personality assessments as part of the counseling process
- Conduct **one-on-one counseling sessions** based on test results to guide youth toward suitable skilling pathways
- Identify and address any gaps between test outcomes and counseling insights
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and counseling feedback
- Be a **role model and mentor** — demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and commitment
- Support other Lighthouse activities and collaborate with team members as needed

**Who We’re Looking For**

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Graduate or Postgraduate in **Psychology, Counseling, Social Work**, or any relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in **counseling, youth facilitation, life skills training**, or related areas

**Skills & Attributes**
- Strong facilitation skills for conducting engaging sessions with youth
- Ability to build trust and meaningful relationships with students
- Deep empathy and a genuine passion for **youth upliftment**:

- Strong communication skills in **Marathi, Hindi, and English**:

- Confident in managing group dynamics and individual counseling
- Flexible and open to **travel within Pune (PCMC)**:

- A team player who believes in the values of inclusion, integrity, and courage
