**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Curriculum Delivery**:

- Develop comprehensive lesson plans in alignment with the curriculum (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, or State Board).
- Teach English literature and language, focusing on critical analysis, writing skills, and comprehension.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Evaluate students’ performance through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a disciplined, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encourage interactive discussions, debates, and collaborative learning.
- **Guidance and Mentorship**:

- Prepare students for board exams and competitive entrance exams (e.g., SAT, IELTS, etc.) that require strong English skills.
- Offer academic and career guidance related to English and humanities.
- **Literary Activities and Events**:

- Organize extracurricular activities such as literary competitions, debates, and drama clubs to stimulate creativity and interest in English.
- Encourage students to participate in writing contests, public speaking events, and cultural programs.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, trends in English education, and curriculum changes.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
- Guide parents on how to support their child’s learning at home.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain records of student attendance, academic performance, and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration for academic planning and coordination.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
