**Key Responsibilities**
- **Subject Expertise and Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan and deliver engaging, conceptually clear, and interactive lessons in alignment with the curriculum (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, IB, or state board).
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams like JEE, NEET, etc.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including experiments, demonstrations, and technology-enhanced learning.
- **Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring**:

- Design and evaluate assignments, tests, and projects to assess student understanding and performance.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- **Mentorship and Guidance**:

- Mentor students in academic and career planning, especially for science-related higher education opportunities.
- Identify students’ strengths and areas for improvement, offering additional support where needed.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Foster a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and inquiry-based learning among students.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during lab sessions and other activities.
- **Resource Management**:

- Organize and conduct physics laboratory experiments to reinforce theoretical concepts.
- Maintain and ensure proper use of laboratory equipment and materials.
- **Collaboration and Professional Development**:

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and co-curricular activities.
- **Parent and Community Engagement**:

- Communicate regularly with parents to discuss students’ academic progress and address concerns.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and community activities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
