**Summary**:
We are hiring a Front Office Associate (Guest Service Associate) for a resort property in Juhu to deliver excellent guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures.
- Answer guest queries and assist with reservations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
- Handle billing and guest complaints promptly.
- Maintain guest records and reports.

**Employer Requirements**:

- 4 years Experience in front office/hospitality roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS systems is an advantage.
- Presentable personality with customer-focused attitude.
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
