Laminator Operator

**Job Title**: Laminator Operator - 1 Person

**Experience**:2-3 years

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Laminator Operator. The Laminator Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining laminating machines to bond solar panel components, ensuring quality control, and meeting production targets.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in operating laminating machines and handling solar panel components
- Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and components
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in work
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Previous experience in the solar energy industry is a plus
- Technical certification or diploma in a related field

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
