Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Hindi language and literature to students in Grades 4 to 7 as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, activities, and assessments that support language acquisition and grammar understanding.
- Foster reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills in Hindi.
- Encourage appreciation of Hindi literature, poetry, and culture.
- Provide support during evening study hours (prep time) and offer academic help as needed.
- Participate in school events, literary activities, and Hindi-related celebrations or competitions.
- Take on pastoral and residential duties as per the school schedule.
- Maintain discipline and promote a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hindi along with a B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience teaching Hindi at the middle school level (CBSE).
- Prior experience in a residential school is an advantage.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire a love for language and learning in young students.
