- Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom culture.

- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Regularly assess students' performance through formal and informal assessments.
- Provide detailed feedback to students and parents about their progress and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student achievements.
- **Communication with Parents**:

- Keep parents informed about their child’s progress and any concerns related to academic performance or behavior.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student development and work collaboratively with parents to address student needs.
- **Collaboration and Professional Development**:

- Collaborate with fellow teachers to share best practices and improve teaching strategies.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, Hindi language trends, and curriculum changes.

- Participate in extracurricular activities related to Hindi language and culture, such as language competitions, cultural events, and literary festivals.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hindi (B.A. Hindi) from a recognized university.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification.
