**Role & responsibilities**
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base. Your focus will be on generating leads, understanding customer needs, and converting prospects into long-term partnerships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of the tech industry, and a results-driven attitude. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs in the tech services domain.
- Prospecting: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Client Meetings: Set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their requirements, and propose tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
- Presentations & Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations on our tech services (website/app development, e-commerce management, etc.) to prospective clients.
- Sales Reporting: Create regular reviews and reports that include sales and financial data, providing insights on targets, performance, and forecasting.
- Sales Support & Inventory Management: Ensure the availability of necessary resources for client demonstrations and manage inventory related to sales collateral.
- Event Representation: Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to drive brand awareness and generate new leads.
- Negotiation & Objection Handling: Handle negotiations with clients, address concerns, and resolve any objections to close deals effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members, including marketing and tech teams, to achieve shared business goals and enhance service offerings.

- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or a similar role in the tech industry (preferably with a focus on digital or tech services).
- Strong understanding of website & app development, e-commerce management, and related tech solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, with a high level of self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
