**Role Definition**

Tele caller as well as Support Executive is one who is responsible for Generating revenues from New & existing customer for **MOZAR Software / Green Heaven Software Pvt Ltd** by sourcing contacts and converting them into contracts. As well as responsible for giving support, service & training to existing customers. Also Maintaining healthy relationship with our existing & new customers. Tele caller as well as Support Executive should Good communications in Marathi & Hindi.
- Calling customers and informing them about the company's products/service, receive call and solve Queries
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Should master in Excel, Word & Power Point Presentation
- Maximum number of appointments must be created to increase the Sales.
- Converting leads into positive prospects.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
- Gathering and documenting customer information
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of Services
- Answering customers' questions on the Services / Products.
- Generating qualified leads per day, week & month.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Marathi & Hindi is must.
- Inform to customers about the company's products/services and offers
- Manage inbound/ outbound customer calls in a timely manner
- Generate leads that develop into new customers
- Identify customer's needs and convince the customer to buy the product/service
- Gain comprehensive product/service knowledge and clarify information wherever required
- Demonstrating and presenting products / services
- Maintaining accurate records
- Self-Motivated, With Strong Ability To Work Both Independently And With The Team
- Provide support & training remotely / telephone
- Client Satisfaction Oriented
- Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
- Willing to work extra hours.
- Maintain Log sheet in given format of all cases handled on day basis
- Should have experience in End User Support & Strong knowledge in troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot Customer Application Software Issues And Follow Ups Till Completion.
- Understand The Issue Reported By The Customer, Analyze And Report It In The Reporting System
- Delivering Support To Existing Business Users And Investigating And Resolving Application Errors, Data Discrepancies And Queries.
- Solve The User Issues Over Mail/Telephone
- Keep Technical Skills And Product Knowledge Up To Date Through Self-Efforts And Internal Training
- Maintain High Level Of Customer Satisfaction And Product Quality.
- Excellent Interpersonal Relationship And Communication / Presentation Skills

- Fix Appointment with customers

- Send Sales Proposals

- Sales Conversion - Take PO & Advance
- Understand all features of MOZAR SOFTWARE
- Listen customers problem
- Give Support & Training to customers
- Asking Customer Reference for New Sale
- Take feedback from customers

**Tele calling Tasks & Activities**
- **Understand **- Understand our MOZAR SOFTWARE & Understand Jewellery Business. Also practice our MOZAR SOFTWARE, take all information about small small features. Prepare benefit list of our MOZAR SOFTWARE.
- **Tele Calling -** Tele calling with all door openers or decision makers to understand their requirements, budget, urgency of need of product or service.
- **Demonstrate - **After understanding their requirements, budget, urgency of need of OUR MOZAR SOFTWARE - demonstrate our MOZAR SOFTWARE & convince them our software perfect fit your business.
- **Sales Proposals -** Creating effective proposals to be shared with clients covering all needs, requirements, effective pricing after getting approvals from senior management.
- **Strong Follow up -** After sending sales proposals to customers, you need to continues touch with them.
- **Sales Conversion -** Effective follow ups and meetings to close projects/deals. Using effective communication and negotiation skills to close in clients & generate revenue.
- **Co-ordination -** Client Co-ordination Maintaining healthy relationship with clients for repeat orders, coordinating their needs, requirements to concerned teams for resolutions and delivery of product/services
- **CRM -** Put customers all information into CRM. Put IN & OUT TIME of calls.
- **Problem -** First Listen customers problem. After that support them.
- **Follow up -** If problem not solve then you need to continuous touch with them & solve the problem. After solving problem you must enter all information into CRM.
- **Learn -** Learn new things. Whenever you giving support to the customer as well as calling to customer that time you facing some
