**Team Assistant Quality Department**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including employee performance data, customer feedback, and operational reports
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize key findings and insights.
- Use data visualization tools to create clear and actionable reports
- Identify opportunities for improvement in employee performance and quality processes.
- Collaborate with team leaders to develop and implement strategies to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure employee quality and productivity.
- Track and analyze these metrics to identify trends and patterns.
- Collaborate with team leaders to establish clear quality standards and expectations.
- Prepare reporting for quality direction and management team
- Use dashboard to display quality performance indicators and track the action plan of non quality

**Your Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- Experience in administrative and organizational roles.
- Previous experience in a **Quality Department** or familiarity with quality management processes is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; German is an advantage.
