**Main Responsibilities**:

- **Maintain cleanliness** of the office premises, including desks, chairs, windows, and washrooms.
- **Serve tea, coffee, and water** to staff and visitors as needed.
- **Handle mail and deliveries**: Collect, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and packages within and outside the office.
- **Assist with clerical tasks**: Help with filing, photocopying, scanning, and basic administrative work as required by office staff.
- **Run errands**: Carry files, documents, or parcels to different departments or outside locations as directed.
- **Set up meeting rooms**: Arrange chairs, tables, and equipment for meetings and ensure the room is ready.
- **Monitor and restock office supplies** and pantry items.
- **Assist visitors**: Announce visitors’ arrival and help them meet the concerned officer in an orderly manner.
- **Support office functions**: Help in packing parcels, closing and stamping letters, and other routine office tasks.
- **Switch off lights, fans, and equipment** before leaving and ensure the office is secure.
