We are currently looking to expand our sales team by bringing on motivated, self-driven Sales Partners who are eager to earn competitive commissions while helping us grow our brand and reach.
As a **Sales Partner**, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to drive company growth. This is a commission-based position where you will earn 11% of the margin on each sale you generate.
You will work remotely, setting your own hours and leveraging your network to find leads. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated by the potential to earn based on performance and who thrive in a sales-driven environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs.
- Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
- Close deals and convert leads into long-term customers.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Continuously develop and improve your sales skills and product knowledge.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in [industry]).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
- A network of potential clients or business leads is a plus.

**Compensation**:
- **Commission-Based Pay**: Earn 11% margin on each sale you close. There is no base salary; income is based on the deals you successfully generate.
