**Quality and R&D Coordinator**

Job Summary:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Quality and R&D Coordinator to ensure high-quality standards and drive research and development initiatives in our electrical manufacturing facility. You'll oversee quality control processes, conduct research, and develop new products/solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Ensure high-quality standards in production.

2. Conduct quality control tests and inspections.

3. Identify areas for process improvement.

4. Develop and implement quality control procedures.

5. Collaborate with R&D team to develop new products/solutions.

6. Conduct research and development projects.

7. Analyze data and provide insights for improvement.

Vendor Communication & Relationship Management:
**Qualifications**:
1. Relevant degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.

2. Experience in quality control and R&D.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
