**Responsibilities involve managing invoicing, resolving billing issues, maintaining financial records.**

You serve as the primary touch point for people entering the hospital, help with the creation of their case files, and also go on to generate and help settle the patient's bills either directly or through an insurance agent.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and manage accurate invoices for IP services.
- Resolve discrepancies in billing and manage client inquiries.
- Coordinate with the IP department to ensure accurate tracking of billable activities.
- Reconcile client accounts and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare detailed billing reports for internal and client review.
- Maintain up-to-date billing records in the system.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve billing processes.
- Handle confidential client information securely.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing or a financial role.
- Experience with IP billing from hospital background is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of billing and reconciliation processes.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in billing software and MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
