The Cyber Security Operations Associate participates in the development, communication, implementation, enforcement and monitoring of security controls to protect the organization's technology assets from intentional or inadvertent modification, disclosure or destruction. Under general supervision, this job is responsible for performing tests and monitoring security controls that prevent IT-based crime, hacking, intentional or inadvertent modification, disclosure, or destruction of the organization's information systems and IT assets. - Designs and implements the organizational information security solutions, and continuously enhancing information security approaches and methodologies.
- Performs documentation, vetting and weaponization of identified vulnerabilities for operational use.
- Designs, develops and implements countermeasures, system integration, and tools specific to cyber and information operations.
- Coaches, reviews and delegates work to lower level team members to ensure professional and skills development.
