**Process Overview**

**Enterprise Cloud Platforms Team (ECP)**:
Enterprise Cloud Platforms team in the CTI organization offers Private and Public Cloud platforms for Bank of America’s developers to drive faster time-to-market, innovation with private and public cloud capabilities, and reduce complexity with built-in integrations. We believe in high quality engineering culture to engineer our platforms with customer and platform mindset, design for large enterprise scale and resilience, and accelerate market innovation into the technical platforms we deliver.

**Job Description**

Scrum Master, responsible for creating & onboarding project teams, who further leads the team with a clear vision of the end goal, by working collaboratively with the Product Owners on overall product vision.

**Responsibilities**
- Primary responsibilities include facilitating, organizing & chiefly holds an ability to drive overall Scrum/Agile processes/ceremonies along with hands on expertise on Atlassian tools such as Jira & Confluence Tools, for a successful iterative & incremental delivery of the project.
- Secondly, should acquire understanding of the technical projects, which will further help to stay in line with the team to identify & solve the underlying dependencies between the teams. (Knowledge on MS - Excel, PowerPoint is plus).
- Educate team members on the technology practices, standardization strategies and best practices to create innovative solutions.
- Understanding of Terraform, Ansible & Public Cloud like Azure & AWS.

**Requirements**
- ** Education**

B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA

**Experience Range**

6-9 years

**Foundational Skills**
- Knowledge on Agile methodologies & practices
- Strong communication, Project Management, Conflict Resolution skills
- Expertise in Problem Solving

**Desired Skills**
- Knowledge on Atlassian Jira, Confluence, CI/CD pipeline automation tools & Change Management

**Work Timings**

40hrs/week in a Global support Model with weekend support on a rotational basis.
