**Job description**

Recruitment is a critical step for new projects and ensuring our current projects have the people capabilities that enable our clients to focus on their core business. Our team is agile, fast-paced and imbedded as a key part of the business with recruitment occurring over multiple geographies.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Cross checking the legitimacy of the applicants;
- Short-list resumes that meet credentials, and work experience that match the job description and experience required to me the NOC (National Occupation Classification);
- Conduct 2 stage interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions;
- Oversee the processing of paperwork for new recruits, ensuring accurate entry into companies document management system;
- Opening, updating, and uploading documents in Officio;
- Liaise with the recruitment team, building rapport and providing weekly recruitment updates.
- Analyze and organize information, maintain office filing, and recall systems.
- Run reports to make sure the proper workflow is followed in each specific case.
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity;
- Monitor the job orders and updating the Virtual Board;
- Respond to company's social media accounts Facebook page, List and LinkedIn Account;
- Maintaining records, preparing a variety of documents, and carrying out administrative functions to support human resources procedures and policies;
- Perform other related duties, as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5+ years of Global search firm or Immigration Organization with a successful track record as a recruitment specialist.
- Experience building sourcing playbooks and utilizing a variety of sourcing tools, including proactive phone and internet research; social networks, job boards etc.
- Familiarity, and experience of different international talent programs and workstreams including LMIA and LMIA-exempt pathways is an added advantage.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
