**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers and explain products or services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
- Handle inbound queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Convert potential leads into actual sales or appointments.
- Keep a record of conversations and update CRM tools regularly.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication in [Hindi/English/Regional Language].
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
- Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus.
