**We are urgently hiring for a female tele caller for our company

**Requirements**:

- Must have a minimum 1-2 year experience in tele calling Field.
- Superb verbal communication.
- Implementing sales strategies.
- Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.

**Responsibilities: -**
- Attend the Client Calls.
- Resolve Client Queries and Issues related to the products and services.
- To maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data in the computer system.
- Needs to answer the queries of the customer by understanding their need and requirements.
- Handling escalated customer complaints.
- Analyze client interests, problems, and potential need for our products and services.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- telecaller: 1 year (preferred)
