**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
- Use innovative teaching methods to engage students in active learning.
- Incorporate technology and multimedia tools to enhance classroom instruction.

2. **Curriculum Development**:

- Design course materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with educational goals.
- Ensure the curriculum addresses diverse learning needs and encourages inquiry-based learning.

3. **Student Engagement and Support**:

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and additional support as needed.
- Encourage students to participate in discussions, debates, and projects.

4. **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain classroom discipline.
- Ensure students adhere to school policies and rules.

5. **Collaboration and Professional Development**:

- Work with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and coordinate interdisciplinary projects.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops for continuous professional growth.

6. **Extracurricular Involvement**:

- Mentor students in extracurricular activities related to social sciences, such as model UN, debates, or cultural events.

7. **Evaluation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of student grades and performance.
- Communicate progress to students and parents during meetings or reports.
