We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and parents, providing information about our overseas education services, and guiding them through the admission process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents interested in studying abroad.
- Explain the various study options, courses, universities, and scholarship opportunities available.
- Answer inquiries about visa requirements, admission procedures, and accommodation facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments for in-person consultations with our education counselors.
- Collaborate with the counseling team to ensure a smooth transition for students from inquiry to enrollment.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and student enrollments.
- Stay updated with industry trends, university rankings, and visa policies to provide accurate information to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English and any additional languages.
- Knowledge of study abroad programs, universities, and visa processes will be an advantage.
- Strong customer service and persuasion skills to convert leads into enrollments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
