**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers, distributors, and retailers.
- Provide detailed information about Jisha Foods' products and services to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up.
- Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers by addressing their queries and resolving issues professionally.
- Update and maintain the CRM database with current customer details.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets as set by the company.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Polite and persuasive telephone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
