Initiate outbound calls to customers with outstanding credit card bills - Achieve key collection, productivity and quality metrics to drive performance - Communicate effectively and professionally, maintaining a calm and composed demeanour. - Persuade customers to complete their due bill payments through suitable repayment options. - Explain the benefits of timely repayment and assist customers in selecting the most convenient payment method. - Handle objections and negotiate payment terms when necessary. - Resolve conflicts with a customer-centric approach, aiming for a positive resolution - Build rapport with customers to understand their financial situations and constraints. - Address customer queries and concerns with empathy, providing clear and accurate information.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 per month
