Production Designer

As a **Production Designer, (Motion Graphics **-** Digital Team)** at Target,
- You will need expertise of digital and motion graphic best practices, design tools and software in order to build efficiency and scale into the work.
- You will ensure all motion graphics, HTML5 Banners and video content adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- You will be experimenting with new tools and methods to continuously improve the quality and creativity of our visual content.
- You will manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- You will collaborate with creative teams in exploring animation possibilities for partner and leadership reviews.
- You will need to quickly comprehend large amounts of information and build simplified, well-designed visual presentations in any given presentation software. You should also be able to recommend the latest styles and techniques for the most impactful presentations.
- You will manage all production design details in order to meet project deadlines and successfully integrate and balance big picture with day-to-day work.
- You must have advanced English communication - spoken and written.

About you:

- 4-year college degree and/or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of experience at fast-paced environments like Ad Agencies, Retail e-comm (or equivalent)
- Expertise with iOS/MAC computer systems
- Expertise with design softwares like **Google Web Designer, After Effects, Illustrator, Sketch, Photoshop, StoryXpress** and presentation tools like PowerPoint and KeyNote.
- Basic knowledge of process and data visualization tools (excel).
- Strong success rate of receiving and interpreting motion design direction from creative partners.
- Proven track record of operating effectively, efficiently and with mínimal direction through ambiguity.
- Established success in simultaneously organizing and managing multiple large and small projects.
- Stays current on emerging style, graphic and industry trends, innovation, and advancement in the fields of branding, design, as well as tools and technology used to perform role.
