**Responsibilities and Duties**
- To ensure proper documentation and assist Marketing function for all Principals.
- Account and Contact updation.
- Verify Lead and assign to Marketing Team and update status in CRM.
- Periodic Pending orders review, Opportunity status updation. Order lost updation.
- Assisting to Marketing team in Order creation, Order updation and uploading relevant documents.
- Principal Payment updation in CRM and Co-Ordination with Principals for Payment Deposits.
- Follow up with Marketing Team for CRM Process adherence.
- Payment updation in CRM.
- Process Credit Approval & Machine Dispatch Clearance.
- Ensure availability of catalogues in the branch & necessary follow up with Principals as required.
- Follow up for TDS & other certificates with customers.
- Update monthly dispatches and Order booking & report to Business Head. Raising timely Commission Statement.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

Any Graduate

Handling the documentations

Well versed with MS office

Should be a young and energetic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
