We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Product Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering user-centered digital products that meet our business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and understand user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business objectives and meet user requirements.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and design specifications to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products are innovative and competitive in the market.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of UX principles, usability, and user-centered design.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to stakeholders and team members.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of front-end development and web technologies is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹3.50 - ₹500,000.00 per year

- Morning shift

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
