**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential customers and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Present and promote products/services to prospective clients with a strong understanding of their needs.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion skills and ability to handle objections.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)**:

- Experience in [real estate / FMCG / IT / retail / whichever industry you want to specify].
- Knowledge of digital sales techniques and online lead generation.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
