Job Title: CNC Wire Cut Programmer, Setter, and Operator

Job Location: TRONICA CITY, GHAZIABAD, UTTAR PRADESH

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent Night Shift

**Responsibilities**:
Program, set, and operate CNC Wire Cut machines, specifically Chinese-made models, to produce high-precision components as per specifications.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and ensure parts are manufactured to required dimensions and tolerances.

Perform machine setups, including material loading, fixture setting, and alignment for efficient production runs.

Troubleshoot machine issues and optimize program parameters to achieve maximum productivity and quality.

Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Monitor the manufacturing process, inspect finished parts for quality assurance, and ensure compliance with production standards.

Maintain records of production, quality checks, and machine maintenance activities.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a CNC Wire Cut Programmer, Setter, and Operator

Proficiency in working with Chinese-made CNC Wire Cut machines.

Strong knowledge of programming languages used in CNC wire cut operations (e.g., G-code, EDM-specific software).

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Sound mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work permanent night shifts and overtime as required.

High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Shift and Compensation:
Working Hours: 8-hour permanent night shift + 4 hours overtime daily.

Salary Bracket: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 (commensurate with skills and experience).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
