Operations Executive

**Job Title: Operations Execuitve**

**Location: Kolkata - Remote**

**Role: - **We are looking for an Operations executive who will be responsible for smooth functioning and can facilitate the onboarding and implementation process, and will have a keen eye for detail.

**Key Responsibility Areas**

1. Monitoring gaps in user adoption and making reports on the same.
2. Calling users to drive adoption wherever required.
3. Working on user account configuration in the system as per requirement.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelors /Masters Degree in relevant fields
2. Must possess excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.(English/local language)
3. Confident and crisp communication over calls presence.
4. Should have basic knowledge of MS-Excel & PowerPoint.
5. Experience in selling logistics solutions will be an advantage.
6. Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task without losing attention to detail
