E Commerce Executive

Job Purpose & Impact:
As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on various e-commerce platforms including Amazon FBA, Flipkart, Jio Mart, eBay, GEM Portal, and other B2B portals. Your primary focus will be on product listing, price finalization, order planning and processing, managing customer feedback and reviews, and running ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage product listings on Amazon FBA, Flipkart, Jio Mart, eBay, GEM Portal, and other B2B portals.
- Ensure product descriptions, images, and other content are accurate and optimized for search.
- Monitor and update inventory levels across all platforms.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to determine optimal pricing strategies.
- Regularly review and update prices to remain competitive.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and handle any issues related to order processing.
- Ensure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback on all platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and ratings.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce advertising.
- Conduct regular analysis and reporting on sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Stay informed about new platform features, updates, and best practices.

Desired Profile:

- Any Graduate
- 2-4 years of related work experience as E Commerce Executive
- Work experience in Product Sales, HORECA, FMCG, Hospitality Industry or Consumer Goods will be preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Detail: Fulltime

Job Location: Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi

**Salary**: Upto INR 30,000/- in hand

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
