Key Responsibilities of a Preschool Teacher: Curriculum Development and Implementation: Designing and implementing age-appropriate lessons that align with learning standards and developmental milestones. Observation and Assessment: Observing individual children's progress and providing feedback to parents and other teachers. Creating a Positive Learning Environment: Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and engaging classroom that fosters curiosity and exploration. Parent Communication and Collaboration: Communicating with parents about their child's progress and development and working collaboratively with them to support their child's learning. Classroom Management: Managing classroom routines, activities, and behaviors to ensure a smooth and productive learning environment. Supporting Individual Needs: Identifying and addressing individual learning needs, providing extra support as needed. Skills and Qualifications: Passion for Early Childhood Education: A genuine love for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being. Patience and Empathy: The ability to be patient and understanding with young children and their needs. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Creativity and Playfulness: A creative and playful approach to learning, engaging children in a variety of fun and interactive activities. Organizational Skills: The ability to organize the classroom and manage activities effectively.

Age limit 21 to 35

Language preferred Tamil and English only
