**Key Responsibilities**

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma or Degree in **Early Childhood Education / Montessori Training / NTT** (Nursery Teacher Training) preferred.
- Previous **experience as a preschool teacher or in early childhood education** is a plus.
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Creative, patient, and passionate about working with young children.
- Ability to manage classroom activities effectively.
