**Who are we looking for?**
The Admin Cum Account Executive is responsible for managing a combination of administrative and accounting tasks within the organization. This role ensures smooth office operations, manages client payments, handles petty cash, processes purchase invoices, performs basic bookkeeping tasks, and organizes files. The individual will work closely with the finance team to maintain financial accuracy and contribute to the efficient functioning of the office.
**What will you do?**
- Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee office activities, coordinate supplies, meetings, and assist staff.
- Client Payments: Process and track client payments, ensure timely follow-ups on overdue balances.
- Petty Cash Management: Maintain, track, and reconcile petty cash transactions.
- Financial Tasks: Support bookkeeping, including recording transactions and preparing financial reports.
- Purchase Invoices: Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments.
- File Management: Organize and maintain both physical and digital files.
- Miscellaneous: Provide clerical support and assist with office activities as needed.
**Who can be the ninja?**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: Experience in administrative and accounting roles.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and good organizational skills.
- Self-motivator with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to wear multiple hats as a part of a growing organization
- Live within a 10km radius of our office.
- Are not looking for a 9-5 job.

- Mon
- Fri (10:00am to 7:00pm) Saturdays WFH- In case of emergencies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
