**Admin and Acquisition Executive**

**Location -** We Work, Cyber City - Gurgaon

**Working**:

- WFO, 5 Days

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Minimum 1 years of experience as admin and acquisition manager.
- Experience in general administration and acquisition of talents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Keeping track of all recruiting metrics (e. g. cost-per-hire, time-to-hire).
- Building the professional network of the company by maintaining strategic relationships with partners, colleagues, and HR professionals.
- Coordinating with management for forecasting future staffing needs.
- Recommending ways for improving the employer brand of our company.
- Manage and onboard suitable options for job advertising.
- Embrace challenges, welcome feedback, and see effort as the path to mastery.
- Looking forward to working on new and challenging problem statements.
- Take initiative to find solutions and focus on what must be done to create success.
- Team Spirit: Mentoring and supporting other team members.
- The profile consists of Recruitment+ HR ops + HRBP.

Till now, Animall has primarily focused on building a peer-to-peer cattle trading platform and the journey of Animall has been very encouraging and promising - we have reached more than 5 million dairy farmers within a short span of 1.5 years. More than 300,000 cattle have been sold through Animall which amounts to 1500 Crore Rs of GTV and is now at a monthly run rate of 320 Crore Rs GTV. Our dairy farmers have rated us 4.6 out of 5 and 60% of our dairy farmers refer Animall to at least one friend on a monthly basis.
