Green Ecomes solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a young and dynamic company who strongly believes in idea of smart and sustainable construction. We specialize in all trade BIM Models up to LOD 500 with complete 3D to 7D BIM technologies. We also specialize in Green Building and Energy analysis and Certifications.

**Responsibilities**:
The 3D Architectural Visualizer will work with a project team of architects and civil engineers to generate state-of-the-art rendered 3D views and walkthroughs - Interior and Exterior - for a wide range of projects such as corporate, healthcare, residential, commercial, and industrial.
- Use REVIT, Sketchup & 3Ds Max Models to build 3D renderings in an appropriate rendering programme such as Twinmotion, V-Ray & Enscape3D, based on input from the Architects and Civil Engineers.
- Other responsibilities as assigned

**Qualifications and experience**:

- A bachelor's degree or diploma from a recognized institution in graphics design, architecture, civil engineering, or animation.
- 0-3 years of work experience in the Architectural/Civil field is required.
- Working knowledge and expertise with the following tools: Sketchup/ 3Ds Max, V-ray, Adobe-After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Blender.
- Ability to read and comprehend architectural 3D models in REVIT and SketchUp is required.
- Excellent written and vocal communication skills would be advantageous.
