**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Handle office administration responsibilities and maintain log of it
- Provide Training and assure smooth operations, Counsel team.
- Process client documents and arrange them in appropriate method
- Maintain log of all activities, report it on daily basis to Toronto head office
- Perform various activities related to college / university admission process
- Work along with other team members and assist them in various office administration process
- Communicate with sub-agents, college representatives and other associates on regular basis pertaining to on-going admission process
- Report issues to Toronto head office to acquire future solutions
- Must be able to learn and resolve issues, assign duties to team and monitor work.
- Must be flexible to adjust in different situations, ready to take new tasks assigned and willing to go extra mile where needed.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent English communication skills - Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking
- Must have working experience with MS-Outlook and Excel
- Minimum 5 years of work experience

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Old Padra Road, Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
