**Qualifications & Skills RequiredEducational Qualification**
- **Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) - Mandatory**:

- **Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) - Preferred** (especially for senior positions)
- **Enrollment with the Bar Council** (if legal practice is required)

**Experience & Knowledge**
- 1-5 years of legal experience (depending on the role)
- Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation procedures
- Knowledge of labor laws, intellectual property rights, and company policies

**Technical & Professional Skills**
- Legal drafting and documentation (contracts, agreements, policies)
- Compliance management to ensure adherence to legal standards
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Case law research and legal analysis
- Understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks

**Soft Skills**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ethical and confidential approach to legal matters
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

**Certifications (Optional but Beneficial)**
- Diploma in Corporate Law, Arbitration, or Intellectual Property Rights
- Certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
