Position Grade Assistant Manager
- 1-2 years with 6 months which should to be in customer service role - Understanding of

- Shift Timings : *Rotational* Males - 24*7, Females - 7 am to 8 pm (Any 9 hours)
- Flexible to get scattered 8 Week Offs in a month with 9hours shift
- Salary : Up to 3,00,000 LPA
- Age - Up to 30 years
- No transportation facility

**Position* - Voice Agent (Inbound Calling Process)**

*Salary* : 12000 - 18000 (In Hand Salary)

*Shift Timing*: 7am to 11.30 pm (Any 9 hrs shift)
(Women Employees - No Shift beyond 8.30PM will have only day rotational shift timing )

*Location* : Vashi
*Weekly Off:* any 2 Rotational Week Offs

*Requirement*
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills and verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer knowledge and technical skills
- Ability to achieve stretched targets and able to manage the organization standards
- Ability to understand and handle irate customers
- Identifying, Handling and resolving customer queries and concerns while maintaining expected quality as per Company
- Understanding multiple products and processes
- Influencing customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information

**1st Party Collection**
US based Credit Card Collection process.
Shift Time - 5.30 pm to next 10.30 am between any 9 hrs
Week Off - *5 days working* 2 days’ week off (Rotational)
6th day can be mandatory working as per business requirement - paid separately for it
Education - HSC/Graduate Fresher.
Experience -Fresher and Experience (BPO and non BPO) both can apply
Salary - 17 to 30 k in hand
Age Criteria : Upto 35 Years.
Location - Bhyander

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
